Jury comments: 
Beautifully presented.  The jury commends the idea that you can claim the site without dominating it. 

Beautifully restrained.  Exposed surface is rather large but by shifting the volumes it does a lot. 

Probably not as energy efficient but much more privacy and integration of the land by stretching it out. 

Nice to see the clarity, simplicity and depth of understanding of the space.  Curious about the orientation.
