Office of Peter Frothingham Registered Architect

We are the Northampton office of a partnership working primarily with socially-minded non-profit and individual clients in multi-family residential and mixed-use development, education, environmental stewardship, and the arts.

Partner Peter Frothingham’s education in New York and London during the 1970s, passive-solar training in Colorado during the 1980s, European travels, and direct construction experience combine to produce collaboratively achieved, environmentally responsive, and engagingly comfortable spaces.

We were most recently recognized nationally with a John M. Clancy Biennial Award for Excellence in Socially Responsible Housing, and locally with a Boston Society of Architects Housing Design Award and a Pioneer Valley Planning Commission Smart Growth Citation.
