Coldham & Hartman Architects Coldham & Hartman Architects began in 1989. Bruce Coldham was a sole practitioner exploring the principles of sustainable design. In 1999 Tom Hartman joined the firm to create high performance, environmentally intelligent buildings and communities. Our work includes homes, commercial, and committee organized institutions throughout the Northeast.
For us, a great building is one with a timeless aesthetic delight, which demonstrates an elegant integration of building systems. It fits the place in which it's located, and productively engages the resource flows of its site and region. We believe in the creative potential of a well-coordinated, mutually respectful team.
